The structure
This is a modern, dynamic private clinic located in the center of Nantes, recognized for its medical excellence and human approach to care. In addition, the establishment is a multidisciplinary reference with 226 beds and places and brings together some thirty medical specialties. The SMR department cares for patients undergoing rehabilitation or convalescence after surgery or hospitalization, with the aim of restoring autonomy and preparing them for their return home. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising PRM doctors, nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers and dieticians. The facility is easily accessible by public transport and close to the train station, with secure bicycle parking and parking facilities for staff.
Remuneration

- 13ᵉ month bonus

Missions
- Provide night nursing care on the SMR and medical wards
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and ensure safe care
- Administer treatments and ensure traceability of procedures
- Participate in written and oral communications with the day team
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to prepare the patient's return home
- Manage emergency situations and alert referring physicians if necessary
- Help support patients and families during the convalescence phase
