- Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)

The Organization
This is a medical-social support service for adults with disabilities, located in Lyon. Operating as a mobile team, it supports approximately 40 people aged 20 to 60, most of whom have a progressive neurological condition or an acquired brain injury. Services are primarily provided in clients’ homes and within their communities, with the goal of promoting their independence, enabling them to remain in their own homes, and helping them achieve their life goals. The team consists of about 16 professionals, including three nurses, special education teachers, occupational therapists, a physician, and a social and family economics counselor. In addition, management places particular emphasis on professional development and regional networking, within a social environment characterized by solidarity and mutual support.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a salary ranging from €2,583 to €2,675 gross per month, including the Ségur bonus.
Responsibilities
- Assessing health status and collecting clinical data
- Identifying health needs and monitoring overall clinical status
- Coordinating and organizing the care plan with the patient, their family, and healthcare professionals
- Scheduling medical and paramedical appointments, providing accompaniment as needed
- Planning care and providing certain treatments when the situation requires it
- Preventive care and health education
- Documenting procedures and maintaining records
- Participating in team meetings

Qualifications
A nurse with a degree from France and a Class B driver’s license. Experience working with patients with neurological conditions, disabilities, or chronic illnesses would be a plus.
