Job Night Nurse m/f - Nantes 44 We are recruiting a Night Nurse M/F to join a private healthcare establishment located near Nantes, in the Loire-Atlantique region, on a full-time permanent contract. Two positions are currently available: night nurse in the medicine department and circulating nurse in the operating room. Description and duties As a night nurse, you will be working 12-hour shifts on a medical ward. You will be responsible for: - Clinical monitoring of patients - Administration of prescribed treatments. - Coordinating with medical and paramedical teams. - Managing emergencies at night. The schedule includes one weekend worked every six weeks. For the position of circulating OR nurse, you will be trained on arrival via a structured induction program, even without prior OR experience. A discovery day is planned before any commitment to immerse you in the world of the operating room. Structure DNA The facility is organized into two specialized buildings: - Building A concentrates "hard" surgical specialties: ophthalmology, hand surgery, stomatology, orthopedics, cosmetic surgery, spine and neurology. - Building F concentrates the "soft" surgical disciplines: thoracic, vascular, digestive, urology, gynecology, ENT, proctology and endoscopy. The medical and paramedical teams work in a collaborative environment, with a strong training dynamic and support from the moment you join. Compensation Depending on experience: - Beginner: 2500 euros gross per month - 5 years' experience: 2600 euros gross - 10 years' experience: 2618 euros gross Remuneration for the night shift may be re-evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on profile.
