DNA of the structure You will work in a medico-social residence located on the outskirts of Troyes. The establishment welcomes elderly people who are losing their independence or are dependent on others, and offers 74 single or double rooms, which can be fitted out by residents to recreate a familiar setting. Bathrooms are adapted for reduced mobility, with walk-in showers and grab bars. The residence features convivial communal areas, a special unit for people with neuro-evolutionary diseases, and 24-hour assistance. The multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of management, draws up individualized care plans in consultation with residents and their families. Description and duties You will be in charge of medical coordination and guaranteeing the quality of gerontological care. Your main responsibilities will include - Coordinating the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working in the facility - Drawing up and monitoring individualized care plans with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team - Contribute to the organization of care paths and the smooth operation of care systems - Medical monitoring and review of practices in conjunction with the nursing team - Ensures compliance with geriatric recommendations and the safety of prescriptions, with each prescription monitored by a nurse Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of 110 to 130 K€ gross per annum on a full-time basis, paid on a pro rata basis for a 0.6 FTE commitment, with room for negotiation for a very experienced profile. Hourly executive status without RTT. Salary paid over 12 months, including a conventional 5% bonus, paid half in June and half in December. Salary includes doctor's bonus.
