Job Coordinator - Loudun 86 We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a medical-social structure located in Loudun, Vienne, for a part-time position of 0.6 FTE. Structure DNA You will work in a medical-social establishment located in the heart of the town, close to the local hospital, and surrounded by a park planted with trees. The facility extends over several levels and offers 88 single and double rooms, which can be personalized by residents. Bright communal areas encourage residents and their families to get together. The establishment is APL-approved and authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries. The multidisciplinary team provides support focused on maintaining autonomy and quality of care, within the framework of an individualized care project. Description and duties You will be responsible for the gerontological care of residents, and will coordinate the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working in the facility: - Drawing up and monitoring individualized care plans in conjunction with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team - Coordination of healthcare professionals and private practitioners - Supervision of prescription monitoring procedures with the nursing team - Participation in coordination meetings and quality initiatives - Helping residents with the essentials of daily life Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of 110 to 130 K€ on a full-time basis, to be prorated according to the 0.6 FTE working time, with a small margin of maneuver for a very experienced profile, salary paid over 12 months, including the 5% conventional bonus.
