Emploi Médecin coordonnateur M/F - Dijon 21 We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a medical-social structure located in the immediate vicinity of Dijon in the Côte-d'Or region, as part of a part-time permanent contract (0.6 FTE) DNA of the structure You will work in a medico-social residence dedicated to the care of elderly people who have lost their independence or are dependent. The facility extends over three levels and offers 68 individual, functional and customizable rooms. The environment is calm and wooded, with an enclosed garden just a few minutes' walk from the town center. The residence has a special unit for people suffering from neuro-evolutionary diseases, to ensure they receive appropriate care. The establishment has an APL agreement and is partially authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries. The multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive care for residents, and every prescription is monitored by a nurse. A wide range of activities and entertainment is offered to residents as part of a quality approach and individualized care projects. Description and duties You will work as a coordinating physician (0.6 FTE), with the following main responsibilities: - Coordinate the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working at the facility - Guarantee gerontological care and the safety of care paths - Draw up and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with the elderly person, their relatives and the multidisciplinary team - Ensure the quality and compliance of prescriptions and their nursing supervision - Participate in summary meetings and bodies relating to resident care - Liaise with external partners and care networks Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a gross salary of €110,000 to €130,000 on a full-time basis, adjusted pro rata for 0.6 FTE. Hourly executive status, salary over 12 months, including a conventional 5% bonus paid half in June and half in December.
