We are recruiting a Dental Surgeon M/F to join a multidisciplinary facility located in La Courneuve, Seine-Saint-Denis, on a full-time CDI contract.
Description and missions
As part of a new business development, you will be responsible for developing the dental department within the structure. You will have total freedom in organizing your activity, with the possibility of choosing the equipment you need, which will be ordered as soon as you join.
Your main tasks will include:
- Participate in setting up the technical platform and drawing up care protocols
. - Collaboration with other medical departments in the facility
Facility DNA
This recently opened multidisciplinary facility already boasts ENT, ophthalmology and general medicine divisions. It now wishes to develop a dental activity and is looking for practitioners capable of structuring and growing this new service. Modern and expanding, this practice offers you the unique opportunity to build up your own patient base in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
You will benefit from an attractive remuneration package based on a percentage of sales, between 30 and 32%, with the possibility of a guaranteed minimum salary.
