As part of its business expansion, a healthcare facility located in Ris-Orangis, in the Essonne department, is seeking an occupational therapist (M/F). Terms of Employment - Permanent contract - Full-time or part-time - Monday through Friday - From 8:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or from 1:15 p.m. to 5:10 p.m. The Organization You will be joining a private, nonprofit facility in Ris-Orangis, Essonne, specializing in medical care and rehabilitation, with a dedicated oncology and palliative care unit. The facility has 30 multi-purpose medical and rehabilitation beds on the third floor and more than 60 oncology medical and rehabilitation beds spread across the first two floors. The organization is structured with two physicians per floor in the relevant units and a paramedical team consisting of medical secretaries, nursing managers, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and physical therapists, enabling multidisciplinary and coordinated care. Compensation - In accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement 51 - Monthly bonus Responsibilities - Conduct occupational therapy assessments - Develop rehabilitation and recovery programs - Adapt the physical environment and recommend necessary assistive devices - Participate in individual or group sessions - Work in coordination with the multidisciplinary team - Ensure the documentation, recording, and follow-up of all aspects related to patient care Benefits - Monthly bonus - Employee Representative Committee (CSE) - 18 days of RTT per year - Company health insurance - Company cafeteria - Free parking - Multidisciplinary work environment That little extra Ris-Orangis offers easy access to the southern part of Greater Paris and is located near Évry-Courcouronnes, providing good access to public transportation and regional hospital services.
