Job - Veterinary clinic manager - Sète 34 We are recruiting a veterinary clinic manager M/F to join a clinic located in Sète, Hérault, on a permanent or freelance basis from June 2026. DNA of the structure You will work in a generalist clinic dedicated mainly to dogs, with a surface area of around 130 m², including two spacious consultation rooms, a surgical unit, a large garden and a parking lot. The team consists of two veterinarians and three ASVs, offering a collaborative and humane environment. In addition, the clinic benefits from the support of a national network that assists local management with financial, HR and medical issues. The sun-drenched town of Sète offers a dynamic, natural setting. It also has excellent rail and road links. Description and duties Your activities will be divided between clinical practice and operational management. Your main tasks will be to - 80% clinical activity in medicine and elective surgery - Assume 20% of clinic management responsibilities - Define and implement the clinic's project in conjunction with the Group's central departments - Implement an efficient organization to achieve the objectives of the clinic project - Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and develop a suitable working environment - Engage the clinic in a continuous improvement process aimed at medical excellence - Ensure team cooperation with other clinics and network contacts - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations To successfully complete your mission, you will benefit from methodological support in defining the project and strategic plan, tools for monitoring performance indicators, managerial training and dedicated operational and HR support.
