Compensation

Responsibilities
- Managing a team of approximately twenty employees

- Organizing schedules and assigning tasks
- Overseeing the sales performance of the retail location
- Monitoring performance metrics: sales revenue, conversion rate, average basket size, and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring quality of service and the in-store customer experience
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures, managing customer flow, and monitoring inventory levels
- Reporting to regional management
