An optical store in Paris's 11th arrondissement is looking for a new store manager (M/F) for a permanent position.
Requirements
- Permanent contract
- Full-time
- Monday through Saturday
- Open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Company
You will join a French optical retail chain located in Paris’s 11th arrondissement. The store focuses on affordable prices, fast service, and high-quality advice, and operates in a high-traffic environment. Additionally, the team consists of approximately 20 employees, including sales associates, opticians, and assistants.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of €3,300 gross per month
- Variable bonuses of up to €2,100 gross per month
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support employees, and help them develop their skills
- Organize schedules and assign tasks
- Manage the store’s sales performance by monitoring key performance indicators
- Ensure quality of service and the customer experience
- Ensure that internal processes are properly followed
- Oversee the opening and closing of the store
- Manage inventory operations
- Provide reports to regional management
