Compensation

Responsibilities
- Managing a team of approximately twenty employees

- Organizing schedules and assigning tasks
- Overseeing the sales performance of the retail location
- Monitoring performance metrics: revenue, conversion rate, average basket size, customer satisfaction
- Ensuring quality of service and the in-store customer experience
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures, managing customer flow, and monitoring inventory levels
- Reporting to regional management

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in telecommunications, health and beauty, or high-traffic specialty retail; proven on-the-ground leadership; a results-oriented mindset; proficiency with retail KPIs; and fluency in French are required. No optician’s degree is required for this position.
