An optical store in Créteil, in the Île-de-France region, is looking for a new store manager (M/F) for a permanent position. JobRequirements - Permanent contract - Full-time (39 hours) - Monday through Saturday - 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Company This is a French optical retail chain whose mission is to make eyewear accessible, offering comprehensive packages at fixed and transparent prices. Focused on high volume, fast service, and quality advice, the store operates with a team of about twenty employees—including sales associates, opticians, and assistants—all working together to deliver a structured customer experience. The store manager oversees operations, leads the team, ensures compliance with internal processes, and monitors both sales performance and service quality. Furthermore, this role is set in a high-volume, demanding, and stimulating environment that fosters genuine on-the-ground leadership. Compensation For this position, you will receive a gross monthly salary of €3,300, as well as a variable component. Experience in telecommunications, health and beauty, or high-traffic specialty retail; proven on-the-ground leadership; a results-oriented mindset; proficiency with retail KPIs; and fluency in French are required.
