We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a specialized ophthalmology facility located in Grande-Synthe, in the Hauts-de-France region, within the framework of a salaried contract or a self-employed collaboration.
Description and duties
As an exclusively medical practice, your main task will be to carry out ophthalmology consultations. Surgical activity is not mandatory, but partnerships exist for access to refractive or cataract surgery. Intravitreal injections (IVT) are performed on site, in dedicated rooms, with permanent nursing support.
You will work in a fluid organization, with no administrative burden, from Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of full-time or part-time work depending on your availability. The pace of work is designed to optimize patient care, with an average of 50 to 60 patients per day.
In-house training is planned in the use of Ophtix software, pending its upgrade to a proprietary version.
Structure DNA
You'll be working in a modern, well-equipped facility, part of a national network of specialized ophthalmology establishments. The environment has been designed to ensure a smooth patient pathway, with a logical and ergonomic layout. The technical platform includes areas dedicated to specific procedures, state-of-the-art equipment for complementary examinations and a multidisciplinary team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. The whole facility is designed to enable doctors to concentrate exclusively on their clinical activities, with full logistical support.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
