We are recruiting a veterinarian M/F to join a veterinary clinic located in Langeais, Indre-et-Loire, on a permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible.
Structure DNA
You will be joining a clinic anchored at the heart of a national network created in 2016, recognized for its commitment to quality care and animal welfare. The establishment caters mainly for canine and feline clients, with a secondary NAC and rural activity. The premises offer a comprehensive, well-maintained technical platform, and the team enjoys a collaborative, family atmosphere. Langeais is a tourist town at the center of the Loire castles, offering a pleasant living environment and fast links to Tours (25 minutes by car, 15 minutes by train).
Description and duties
The clinic is looking for a general veterinarian to provide mainly consultations and, if you wish, perform surgical procedures. Your main duties will be to:
- Carry out general medical consultations for a mainly canine and feline clientele
. - Undertake surgical procedures according to your skills and experience
. - Work closely with a team of 3 veterinarians and 3 ASVs to ensure quality patient care
. - Work with a full technical platform including 3 consultation rooms, 2 surgery rooms, ultrasound, radiology, biology, CBC and rapid tests
Working hours can be arranged up to 5 days a week. On-call duty is not provided on site (possibility of referral to a local on-call network).
Compensation
For this position, you will receive compensation in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, increased according to your medical expertise.
