We are recruiting a Health Executive IDEC M/F to join an EHPAD located in Le Mérévillois in Essonne, within the framework of a CDI statut cadre

The facility accommodates 59 homes and operates extended reception hours, Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 17:30. Part of an associative group operating mainly in the Île-de-France region, it is part of a structured national network comprising several dozen EHPADs and several thousand employees. The organization focuses on the quality of life, the security of care and working in partnership with families and local players. In the medium term, we plan to increase our geographical mobility and expand the scope of our operations. You'll be joining a committed, well-supervised team focused on good care and continuous improvement of practices

Description and duties
Reporting to the facility manager and working closely with the coordinating physician, you will be a member of the management committee. Your main duties will be to:
- Leading and supervising the care team, managing recruitment, integration, training and appraisals
. - Build and guarantee the implementation of the care and life projects of residents
. - Ensure safe care by applying procedures and protocols
. - Maintain ongoing links with families and the local network
. - Participate in monitoring the consumption of the care allocation and in the required reporting
. The position is mainly in team coordination, with a full operational scope. The software used is NAGOSENIOR, with planned migration to Titan. Immediate start preferred. Fixed rate 210 days worked
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of 42 K to 48 K euros per year over 12 months, including bonuses, Ségur bonus included, collective agreement 51 with resumption of seniority on graduation date

. - Remuneration of between 42 K and 48 K per year, including a 5% contractual bonus
- Mutual insurance covering also the family and provident scheme
- Between 16 and 18 days RTT
- NAGOSENIOR software in place with migration to Titan
- Collective bargaining agreement 51 and seniority transfer to IDEC diploma or manager
- 59-unit establishment, adapted weekly reception hours, future mobility prospects
Profile sought
Qualified healthcare executive or IDEC (IDEC Bac+3 or healthcare executive Bac+4 minimum), with at least 2 to 3 years' experience in EHPAD, with managerial qualities and a sound knowledge of care issues in geriatrics
