We are recruiting a Health Executive IDEC M/F to join an EHPAD located in Rosny-sous-Bois in Seine-Saint-Denis, within the framework of a CDI statut cadre.
ADN of the structure
You will be joining an 80-unit residence for the elderly, part of an associative group with a national network and a strong presence in the Île-de-France region. The establishment operates from Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00, and relies on multi-disciplinary teams and formalized processes aimed at ensuring the quality and safety of care. The local environment offers city-center amenities while remaining well connected to regional transport routes. The work culture emphasizes professional rigor, teamwork and support for professionals.
Description and duties
Reporting to the facility director and working closely with the coordinating physician, you will be a member of the management committee and have managerial and organizational responsibility for the care division. Your main tasks:
- Lead and supervise the care team: recruitment, integration, training and assessment
. - Develop, manage and evaluate the facility's care project
. - Ensure that residents are cared for in accordance with their values and life and care projects
- Implement and monitor care procedures and protocols to ensure safe practice
- Maintain links with families and external partners
. - Participate in monitoring and managing the consumption of the care allocation
The position is based on a fixed-term contract (210 days worked). The software used is NAGOSENIOR, with a planned migration to Titan. Start date: immediate
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a 12-month remuneration package including Ségur bonuses, with an annual salary of between 42,000 and 48,000 euros depending on diploma and seniority.

Profile sought
Qualified healthcare executive or IDEC (IDEC Bac+3 or healthcare executive Bac+4 minimum), with at least 2 to 3 years' experience in EHPAD and proven experience in managing a healthcare team.
