We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a specialized ophthalmology facility located in Dieppe, Seine-Maritime, as part of a salaried contract or freelance collaboration.
Description and duties
You will work in an establishment that offers an optimal setting for the practice of medical ophthalmology. Your duties will include general consultations, follow-up examinations and ophthalmic diagnosis. Surgery is not compulsory, but may be considered, in particular through partners who offer refractive or cataract surgery.
The facility also offers on-site intravitreal injections (IVT), accompanied by a dedicated nursing team. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with a controlled flow of 50 to 60 patients a day, to guarantee quality of care while ensuring a good work-life balance.
An initial training course on the software is offered. Initial training is offered on Ophtix software, pending implementation of a proprietary solution developed in-house.

Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
