The structure
You will work in a nursing home located in Saint-Étienne-de-Saint-Geoirs, in a calm and accessible environment. This establishment is part of a publicly recognized foundation specializing in support for the frail, with a nationwide presence and proven medico-social expertise. The team is multi-disciplinary, stable and driven by a participative culture, focused on caring and quality of life for residents. It currently accommodates 40 residents, with a philosophy focused on the individual rather than on pathology.
Remuneration
- To be defined according to profile and experience
- 30% of seniority taken back
Missions
- Day-to-day, comprehensive support for residents
- Coordination of care pathways with physicians
- Clinical monitoring and treatment management
- Perform limited technical procedures
- Participation in stimulation activities and social events
- Work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
