We are hiring a nurse (male or female) to join a day hospital in Bonneville, Haute-Savoie, under a permanent contract. JobRequirements - Permanent contract - Full-time The Facility You will join a community hospital in Bonneville, recognized for its expertise in general medicine and in medical and rehabilitation care. In addition, the facility is part of a recognized public-benefit foundation with approximately 800 employees, most of whom are based in Haute-Savoie, and is supported by a medical team of about twenty doctors and an in-house pharmacy. Compensation - Compensation based on the FEHAP 51 collective bargaining agreement, starting at €2,475 gross per month, with seniority credit and a 5% monthly attendance bonus Responsibilities 1. Patient Care - Provide nursing care in accordance with medical orders; - Assess patients’ clinical condition and adapt their care accordingly; - Participate in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans; - Ensure the continuity and quality of care. 2. Nursing Care and Clinical Monitoring - Perform technical nursing procedures within the scope of one’s designated role and prescribed duties; - Provide clinical monitoring of patients; - Help prevent complications related to the conditions being treated. 3. Working in a Multidisciplinary Team - Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals; - Participate in handoffs and multidisciplinary meetings; - Help coordinate care pathways. 4.
