The Facility

Compensation
- Compensation based on the FEHAP 51 collective bargaining agreement, starting at €2,475 gross per month, with seniority credit and a 5% monthly attendance bonus

Responsibilities

1. Patient Care
- Provide nursing care in accordance with medical orders;
- Assess patients’ clinical condition and adapt their care accordingly;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans;
- Ensure the continuity and quality of care.

2. Nursing Care and Clinical Monitoring
- Perform technical nursing procedures within the scope of one’s designated role and prescribed duties;
- Provide clinical monitoring of patients;
- Help prevent complications related to the conditions being treated.

3. Working in a Multidisciplinary Team
- Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals;
- Participate in handoffs and multidisciplinary meetings;
- Help coordinate care pathways.

4. Supporting patients and their families
- Support patients throughout their hospital stay;
- Participate in therapeutic education and prevention initiatives;
- Promote independence and a return to daily life.

We are hiring a nurse (M/F) to join a clinic located near Frébuans, in the Jura region. Terms of Employment - Permanent contract - Part-time (0.75 FTE) - 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. - One weekend out of every three - Rotating schedule with a four- to six-week rotation The Facility You will join a community surgery clinic located near Frébuans in the Jura region, which offers a wide range of medical services including orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, vascular surgery, and urology. The facility treats nearly 3,000 patients per year, with a high volume of outpatient care and an operating suite comprising several operating rooms and an endoscopy room.
