As part of its business expansion, a nursing home located near Cap d'Ail in the Alpes-Maritimes is seeking a coordinating nurse (IDEC) for a permanent position.

The Facility
You will join a medical-social facility located in Cap d’Ail, right next to Monaco and the main routes along the Côte d’Azur coastline. The multidisciplinary team is committed to providing high-quality care for residents and fostering a culture of well-being, and the environment offers opportunities for regular collaboration with local stakeholders and geriatric training centers.
Compensation
- €3,500 to €3,800 gross per month
- Group revenue-sharing bonus and profit-sharing bonus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the quality of care
- Develop and implement the care plan in collaboration with the coordinating physician and management
- Update protocols and ensure they are properly followed
- Ensure the quality and continuity of care for residents
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and personalized care plans
- Contribute to the development of non-pharmacological therapies
- Support the teams with a compassionate, resident-centered approach
- Manage and support care teams
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Organize care and coordinate team activities
- Develop and monitor schedules
- Evaluate, train, and support the professional development of caregivers
- Lead team meetings and foster team cohesion
- Oversee the management of equipment, inventory, and the medication distribution process
- Participate in budget monitoring of healthcare expenses and staffing levels
- Develop partnerships with local stakeholders, nursing schools (IFSI), and training centers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families and healthcare partners
- Participate in pre-admission visits and help promote the facility

Qualifications
- Registered nurse with a degree from France
- State nursing license required
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Management training is a plus
- Significant initial experience in a long-term care facility (EHPAD) or geriatrics
