An EHPAD in the immediate vicinity of Aix-en-Provence, in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, is looking for its new Nurse m/f for a permanent contract.

- 1 weekend out of 2 (Saturday Sunday Monday in rotation)
- Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:30 am - 7:30 pm, 1:30 am lunch break, 15 min morning break and 15 min afternoon break
The structure
This is a medium-sized EHPAD for 85 residents, with a 12-bed Alzheimer's protected unit. The facility also boasts a full-time activity leader and a stable management committee. The daytime care team is made up of regular nurses and experienced care assistants, with a part-time coordinating doctor and pain and nutrition referents to support care.
Remuneration
- 2,061€ gross/month
- Approx. €200 gross/month SEGUR 1
- 58.10 gross per Sunday
- Incentive bonus of up to 2 months' salary
Assignments
- Participate actively in meetings and in the quality process
- Communicate with the night team via Netsoins software
- Target and monitor resident-related issues
- Monitor diabetic patients and perform blood glucose tests
- Perform blood tests on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Administer treatments and dressings
- Manage emergencies and organize administrative appointments
- Monthly weighing on the 1st weekend of the month and stock management
- Maintain the infirmary, monitor expiry dates and keep the cart clean
