A nursing home located in Le Havre, in the Seine-Maritime department, is seeking a new director (M/F) for a permanent position. Job Details - Permanent contract, executive status - Daily flat rate The Facility This is a nursing home with a capacity of 87 permanent care beds, including 12 in a Protected Living Unit, supplemented by 3 temporary care beds and a home health care service (SSIAD). The facility relies on a team of approximately 55 full-time equivalents (FTEs), covering all the functions necessary to provide high-quality care for residents. As part of a structured nonprofit group, you will oversee all aspects of the facility, working in coordination with support functions at headquarters and reporting to the regional director. In addition, a three-month mentorship program led by an experienced director and two orientation days at headquarters will help you transition into your new role. Compensation For this position, you will receive a salary ranging from €50,000 to €60,000 gross per year, in accordance with the FEHAP 51 collective bargaining agreement.
