A nursing home located in Le Havre, in the Seine-Maritime department, is seeking a new director (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Facility
This is a nursing home with a capacity of 87 permanent care beds, including 12 in a Protected Living Unit, supplemented by 3 temporary care beds and a home health care service (SSIAD). The facility relies on a team of approximately 55 full-time equivalents (FTEs), covering all the functions necessary to provide high-quality care for residents. As part of a structured nonprofit group, you will oversee all aspects of the facility, working in coordination with support functions at headquarters and reporting to the regional director. In addition, a three-month mentorship program led by an experienced director and two orientation days at headquarters will help you transition into your new role.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a salary ranging from €50,000 to €60,000 gross per year, in accordance with the FEHAP 51 collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities
- Leading, organizing, and uniting the multidisciplinary team
- Overseeing HR processes: recruitment, talent management, and disciplinary matters
- Developing, managing, and ensuring the budget is maintained in accordance with financial targets
- Leading quality initiatives, risk management, and fostering a culture of compassionate care
- Defining and implementing the marketing strategy and optimizing occupancy rates
- Overseeing facilities, security, and technical upgrades
- Representing the facility to stakeholders in the medical-social sector and to families

Qualifications
A nursing home director with a degree from France (CAFDES, Master’s in Social Services, or equivalent), with at least 2 years of experience.
