As part of its business expansion, a medical care facility in Soisy-sous-Montmorency, in the Val-d'Oise department, is seeking a new coordinating physician (M/F) for a permanent position. Requirements - Permanent contract - Part-time (0.25 FTE) - One 7-hour day per week, ideally on Tuesday or Thursday - Option to split the work hours into two half-days The Facility This is a medical care facility located in Soisy-sous-Montmorency, serving fifty-five residents with forty-nine residential beds. The residents primarily have intellectual disabilities and/or multiple disabilities; the facility does not provide care for severe disabilities. The facility has an on-site nursing team, enabling the coordinating physician to work closely with healthcare professionals and support staff in a stable and friendly environment that includes the head of nursing, a nurse coordinator, registered nurses, nursing assistants, educational and social support staff, a psychomotor therapist, and a psychologist. In addition, the facility has a technical center equipped with a balneotherapy area. Located in the Val-d’Oise at the foot of the Montmorency Forest, the town offers a lush, residential setting just a few minutes from Paris and is well-served by public transportation. Compensation For this position, your compensation will be based on the CCN51 pay scale, with seniority credit granted according to applicable conditions. Finally, the nearby Lake Enghien and its thermal baths are a reminder of this valley’s history as a popular vacation destination dating back to the 19th century. Qualifications A physician licensed in France or the European Union, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board. The position is open to general practitioners, geriatricians, psychiatrists, or any physician with an interest in coordination and the medical-social sector. Sensitivity to or experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or multiple disabilities is preferred.
