We are recruiting a telecoordination coordinating doctor (M/F) to join an innovative EHPAD management system on a part-time permanent contract. DNA of the structure This innovative system, deployed nationwide, offers a flexible, modern organization, mostly telecommuting, dedicated to supporting EHPADs. The structure operates in project mode, with formalized exchanges exclusively via weekly videoconferences. You will work in a collaborative environment, supported by regional physicians and thematic experts, with support designed to help you develop your skills and integrate best medical practices into the facilities you work with. Description and duties As a telecoordination coordinating doctor, you will play an active role in the medical support of an EHPAD, within a structured, flexible framework that is compatible with a parallel face-to-face activity. - Provide consulting and auditing services for an EHPAD - Help integrate medical practices into the day-to-day running of the establishment - Contribute to the training of care teams - Take part in weekly telestaffs - Participate in regular training sessions and bimonthly webinars - Use remote EHPAD software to ensure effective medical follow-up - Collaborate with regional physicians and thematic experts Compensation For this position, you will be paid €1,200 gross per month for a commitment of 0.17 FTE, i.e. approximately 6 hours of work per week.
