Job Dental Surgeon M/F - Fresnoy-le-Grand 02 We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a multidisciplinary dental practice located in Fresnoy-le-Grand in the Aisne region, as part of a self-employed or salaried start-up evolving towards self-employment. Structure DNA This long-established practice occupies several levels dedicated to care, and brings together dental activity within a building where GPs also practice on the first floor. The layout comprises four fully-equipped dental surgeries on the second floor, and an operating room with storerooms on the second floor. The premises benefit from plenty of natural light and a large parking lot with around twenty spaces, for easy patient access. The working atmosphere is both professional and family-oriented, with an assistant in place to manage sterilization and secretarial duties, and who is available to support new practitioners. A local prosthetist works nearby. Description and missions The practice is looking for two complementary profiles: - A full-time general practitioner (M/F) to take over an already well-established family and intergenerational practice. - A general practitioner M/F to share a chair in order to initiate the resumption of activity of a practitioner who will retire in a few years. Your main tasks: - Take charge of or rapidly train in prosthetics and implantology, as the structure wishes to maintain this activity - Work in collaboration with the existing team and coordinate care with the local prosthetist. - Utilize available technical facilities including sterilization, operating room and a separate 2D and 3D equipped pano room, as well as two waiting rooms Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a salary of up to 30%, depending on your profile, with the obligation to move towards a freelance position. For this position, you will have a retrocession in liberal between 40 and 60% depending on the assumption of prosthesis costs.
