As part of a gradual handover, a historic dental practice in Prades, Pyrénées-Orientales, is looking for a new dental surgeon on a self-employed basis. The practice This historic practice is located right in the center of Prades, with a surface area of around 150m2, and has been present in the town for over 50 years. The practice comprises three treatment rooms and two sterilization rooms, located on the second floor without an elevator. The current practitioner will be leaving the practice at the end of next year, and is looking for an associate with a view to gradually taking over the business. A partner will remain with the firm. The current team consists of one secretary and one assistant per practitioner, and a prosthetics laboratory is on site. The area is classified as a ZRR and has a very low supply of practitioners.
