Description and duties In this practice renovated in 2023, you will practice as a general practitioner or pedodontist depending on your specialty. The practice is equipped with 4 treatment rooms, a surgical suite and a sterilization room, and offers comprehensive, high-quality patient care. Your duties will include: - Clinical management of young patients for pedodontists - Monitoring the patient relationship and coordinating with the care team - Use of integrated digital tools: cone beam, 3Shape camera, integrated AI via Askara You will work in a structured environment, with a full administrative team at your disposal to enable you to concentrate fully on your clinical activity. Structure DNA This independent practice, spread over two levels with an outdoor area, offers a comfortable and friendly working environment. Completely renovated, it boasts state-of-the-art equipment and a high-performance technical platform. You'll join a team currently comprising a dental surgeon and an orthodontist, supported by a solid administrative organization: a practice manager, a coordinator and two qualified dental assistants. A Paris-based prosthetics laboratory ensures the quality of prosthetic work. Software used: Visiodent. Compensation For this position, you will have a 50% retrocession if you practice 2 days a week, and 60% from 3 days a week. In private practice, prosthesis costs are shared 50/50. As a salaried employee, you'll earn 35% to 40% of sales.
