We are looking for a dental surgeon M/F to take over a private practice located in Viry-Châtillon, Essonne. This dental practice has strong potential and offers a rare opportunity to set up in private practice with support from the current practitioner for one year.

Description and duties
You will practice general dentistry with the possibility of developing implantology, as the practice currently performs around ten implant placements per month. You will have a varied patient base, including patients with good health cover.

- 2 treatment rooms
- 1 sterilization room
- 1 independent office equipped with panoramic x-ray
- 1 waiting room
- 1 storage cellar with all machinery

The current practitioner generates sales of around €800,000 over 5 days a week. He will accompany the buyer for one year, one day a week, until September 2026.
