Dental Surgeon Job M/F - Outreau 62 We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a dental establishment located in Outreau(Pas-de-Calais), as part of a CDIat full time. Description As a dental surgeon, you'll be joining a dynamic, autonomous structure. You will be supported by a team of four managers available by telephone for all questions relating to scheduling, equipment, dress, consumables and management software. These managers visit all the Group's facilities once a month to ensure that the practitioners' needs are met and that everything runs smoothly. The position allows you to take over an existing patient base, ensuring a steady flow of patients from the moment you arrive. Structure DNA This dental facility, located in Outreau, focuses on adaptability and the needs of the practitioner. You'll benefit from comprehensive basic equipment to carry out your missions. Compensation For this position, you will receive remuneration as a percentage of gross sales per month, to choose from: - 25% gross on prosthetics and care - 28% on treatments and 22% on prostheses - 30% on orthodontic care. Vacation pay is calculated on an average of your previous year's salary, with a guaranteed minimum of 3,660 euros gross for the first 3 months (6 months for orthodontics).
