Employment Veterinary Clinic Manager - La Chapelle Saint Luc 10 We are recruiting a veterinary surgeon M/F to join a veterinary clinic in La Chapelle Saint Luc, in the Aube region, on a permanent contract. This position includes a clinic management function to support the development of a structure recognized for the quality of its care. Description and duties As a veterinary clinic manager, you will have a mixed role, with 80% clinical practice and 20% management responsibility. Your duties will include : - Consultation and case management in general and referral medicine - Performing a variety of medical and surgical procedures (visceral, orthopedic, neurological) - Supervising the medical organization and smooth running of the clinic - Managing the structure's human, regulatory and financial performance - An active role in the development of clinical projects - Participation in on-call duty (1 evening per week and 1 weekend out of 2, with screening, attractive remuneration and second on-call duty if required) Structure DNA The clinic has two complementary sites located less than 20 minutes apart. The La Chapelle Saint Luc site offers 300 m² of modern premises, four consultation rooms, two surgical suites, and state-of-the-art technical facilities: digital radiography, abdominal and cardiac ultrasound, a full laboratory with real-time analysis, endoscopy, dental equipment and gaseous equipment. The team includes 7 veterinarians with specialties in orthopedics, ophthalmology, internal medicine and behavior, as well as 10 competent and committed ASVs. The facility benefits from a loyal and committed clientele, open to complementary examinations and in-depth follow-up. Description and duties You will be working in a recognized canine facility with a rich and diversified activity. You will be involved in the management of complex cases, with the possibility of in-house referrals in surgery, imaging, ophthalmology, internal medicine and behavior. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in the conduct of your consultations, with a full technical platform enabling comprehensive case management. - Carrying out general medical consultations - Participate in surgical care, including visceral, orthopedic and neurological surgery, depending on your skills - Management and follow-up of referred cases - Working closely with other veterinarians and ASVs to ensure optimal care - Participation in on-call duty, organized on a rhythm of 1 per week and 1 weekend every month and a half, with extensive screening and a possible second on-call DNA of the structure You'll work in spacious 300 m² premises with 4 consultation rooms, two fully-equipped surgical suites, a full on-site analysis laboratory, and the latest imaging equipment (abdomino-cardiac ultrasound, digital X-ray, endoscopy). The facility has been awarded the Catfriendly Silver label, and welcomes a loyal clientele that is both family-oriented and specialized, and open to complementary examinations. The team is made up of 7 veterinarians, several of whom hold CES or CEAV diplomas, and 10 experienced ASVs, committed to a dynamic of collaboration, knowledge sharing and good humor on a daily basis.
