Description and tasks You will take overall responsibility for the clinic's financial, human, regulatory and medical operations. Your main missions will be to - Define and implement the clinic project in conjunction with the Group's central departments. - Set up an efficient organization to achieve the project's objectives. - Ensure the safety and well-being of employees by developing a suitable working environment. - Engage the clinic in a continuous improvement process towards medical excellence - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations - Promote the clinic's cooperation with other establishments and contacts in the network. To carry out these missions successfully, you will have access to methodological support, tools for monitoring performance indicators, managerial training and dedicated operational support. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from compensation starting from 100,000 euros per year.
