Job Veterinary Clinic Manager - Loches 37 We are recruiting a veterinary surgeon M/F (with a possible evolution as a clinic director M/F) to join a clinic located in Loches, Indre-et-Loire, on a permanent or freelance basis, with a flexible working schedule. DNA of the structure You will work in a 180 m² veterinary clinic, located in a town with a rich heritage and a pleasant quality of life, with local shops and services. The team is made up of 4 veterinarians and 4 ASVs. The majority of patients are canines (95%), with 5% NACs. The facility has the catfriendly label and welcomes referrals in orthopedics and osteopathy. Our clientele is particularly committed to complementary approaches (phytotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, physiotherapy), which enables us to provide comprehensive patient care. Description and responsibilities As a veterinary associate, you will contribute to the smooth medical, human, regulatory and financial running of the clinic, with a view to progressing to the position of clinic manager. Your main tasks: - Provide general medical consultations and routine and specialized surgical care - Perform surgical procedures (soft-tissue surgery, orthopedics, TPLO, arthroscopy, herniated discs, rhinoscopy, etc.) - Use and interpret available imaging and laboratory tests (radiography, ultrasound, fibroscopy, arthroscopy) - Participate in the organization and sharing of tasks within the team, according to your professional preferences - Ensure the administrative and regulatory follow-up of the structure and the quality of relations with owners - On-call evenings (2 per week) and a maximum of one weekend shift per month, with a regulation system limiting nocturnal interventions Compensation For this position, you will benefit from an annual package starting at 90,000 euros.
