Job Responsible Optician M/F - Montmorot 39 We are recruiting an optician M/F to join an optical store located in Montmorot, in the Jura region, as part of a full-time CDI. Description and missions In a dynamic environment within a commercial zone, you will occupy a position of responsibility as an optician in charge. You will work 36 or 42 hours a week, 4 to 4.5 days a week. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 associates and ensuring the smooth running of the store. You will be involved in the following tasks: - Day-to-day team management and support - Business organization, planning and team motivation>. - Follow-up of sales performance and sales development>. - Take initiatives to optimize sales and service quality. - Customer advice, sales and fitting of optical equipment - Tracking inventory and supplier orders Structure DNA You will be joining a well-established optical store in a busy shopping area, with high sales volumes and a loyal customer base. Compensation Gross monthly salary of between 3,000 and 3,500 euros, plus monthly management and performance bonuses of between 500 and 1,200 euros depending on results.
