An optical store in Ingwiller, in the Bas-Rhin department, is looking for an optician for a permanent position.
Requirements
- Permanent contract
- Full-time, 35 or 39 hours per week (your choice), with the option to average hours over the year
- Monday through Friday, with the option to take Wednesdays off
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The Company
This is an independent, non-franchise optical store located in Ingwiller, less than an hour from Strasbourg. The store is located within a medical center and was completely renovated three years ago. It features a telemedicine room with an ophthalmologist. Highly dynamic, with annual revenue exceeding one million euros, it operates in tandem with a second store and employs two licensed opticians, in addition to two opticians at the sister store. Compensation
- Approximately €2,100 net per month for a 35-hour workweek
- Team bonus of approximately €1,500 net
Responsibilities
- Conducting eye exams
- Greeting customers, providing advice, and making sales
- Assembling and fitting eyewear
- Managing third-party payments and health insurance plans
- Monitoring store operations
- Participating in the selection of frames offered for sale

Qualifications
A qualified optician in France, holding a BTS in Optometry. Experience with Cosium is a plus.
