The Business
This is an optical and hearing aid store ideally located on a main thoroughfare in downtown Brive-la-Gaillarde. You will lead a team of five people, supported by an on-site hearing aid specialist. In addition, you will receive guidance and support from a network coordinator, ensuring assistance in managing your business and achieving your goals. Located in the heart of the city, near shops and easily accessible, the store benefits from the pleasant and lively atmosphere of a town renowned for its quality of life.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a gross monthly salary of €2,750.
Responsibilities
- Managing and leading the team
- Overall management of the organization
- Providing advice and sales support to clients
- Conducting eye exams
- Managing the optical department and coordinating with the hearing division

Qualifications
Optician certified in France, holding a BTS in Optometry, with proven management experience or solid experience in the optical field.
