Job Ophthalmologist M/F - Saint-Quentin 02 We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a private practice center specializing in ophthalmology and optometry located in Saint-Quentin, as part of a salaried or private collaborative contract. Description and duties You will be joining a structure with a large network of practices in France, where you will be able to practice without administrative constraints and with permanent technical support. Your main task will be medical ophthalmology consultation. Surgery is not compulsory, but access to refractive or cataract surgery is possible via partners. IVT is performed on site, with nursing support. The rhythm is adapted to optimize medical practice, with an average of 50 to 60 patients per day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. In-house training is offered on Ophtix software, pending implementation of the in-house developed version. Structure DNA You'll be working in a modern, organized facility, designed to facilitate the patient journey and the work of practitioners. All the conditions are in place for smooth, efficient activity: rooms dedicated to IVT, a technical platform for refractive surgery, and a multidisciplinary team made up of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. This model enables doctors to focus exclusively on their core business, with centralized management and a constant flow of patients. Compensation - For salaried doctors: 650 euros gross per day + 12 to 15% variable depending on activity, i.e. a potential gross income of 1300 euros per day. - For self-employed collaborators: remuneration to be discussed during the interview, with a personalized combination of direct remuneration, participation in charges and the possibility of investment in the structure.
