Job Ophthalmologist M/F - Guadeloupe 97
We are recruiting a full-time salaried ophthalmologist M/F to join an ophthalmology center located in Guadeloupe.
Structure DNA
This ophthalmology center is part of a dynamic group present in the French overseas departments and territories, with establishments in Guadeloupe, Martinique, and a new site currently being opened. The organization is based on tried-and-tested protocols, state-of-the-art equipment and a pleasant working environment, conducive to serene, high-performance practice.
Description and duties
You will work within a specialized structure, integrating an optimized care pathway. Patients will benefit from pre-diagnosis by a team of orthoptists, enabling the ophthalmologist to concentrate on his or her core medical activity. You will be supported by two medical assistants in the organization of consultations, within a fluid environment, with a controlled flow of no more than 80 consultations per day.
For surgical practitioners, a weekly operating slot is available in a partner clinic.
Compensation
Fixed salary with a guaranteed minimum of €7,000 gross per month for full-time work. A percentage-based remuneration (25% gross of sales) is also applied.
