We are seeking an ophthalmologist (male or female) interested in acquiring a recently established and fully operational ophthalmology practice located in Sainte-Maxime, in the Var department. Established in 2022, this practice already has a well-established patient base, a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment facilities, and a well-organized administrative structure, while offering significant potential for growth.
The Property
You will take over a fully operational practice, operated under a commercial lease that will allow you to continue the business in the existing premises. The technical facilities, which are comprehensive and modern, are equipped with TOPCON equipment, among other things. In addition, the practice has a laser, allowing you to expand the range of treatments offered on-site. Finally, a dedicated secretary will enable you to devote yourself fully to your medical practice by handling:
- Managing appointments and scheduling
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Certain basic medical care tasks that can be delegated
The Patient Base
The patient base is established and the practice is well-established, with a steady flow of about 4 to 5 patients per hour. Current revenue is generated over approximately 14 hours of weekly practice, representing nearly 40% of a full-time workload, which suggests considerable room for growth for a practitioner wishing to expand their office hours.
