Job Ophthalmologist M/F - Orléans 45 We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a structure specialized in ophthalmology and optometry located in Orléans, within the framework of a salaried contract or a full-time or part-time freelance collaboration. Description and duties By joining this establishment, you will be practicing modern medical ophthalmology in a structured setting, with high patient demand throughout the week, Monday to Saturday. You will provide standard ophthalmology consultations, with the possibility of performing IVT on site. Surgery is not required, but is available in partnership with local structures for practitioners wishing to get involved. The activity is organized to optimize patient flow, with an average of 50 to 60 patients per day, working from 9am to 5:15pm. You will be supported by a competent paramedical team and will benefit from in-house training dedicated to getting to grips with the Ophtix software, while awaiting a new solution developed in-house. You will work in a modern, functional and well-equipped center, with a full technical platform, dedicated rooms for IVT, and a multidisciplinary team of orthoptists, medical assistants and administrative staff. The aim is to enable you to concentrate on your care, without any logistical or administrative burden, while benefiting from a serene, well-structured working environment. Compensation - For salaried doctors: 650 euros per session, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity. - For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure Advantages - Salaried status on a permanent contract or self-employed, depending on your project, full-time or part-time. - On-site IVT rooms, surgery possible via a network of partners - Multidisciplinary team available and experienced - Modern, well-organized and fully equipped premises - In-house training in Ophtix software - High patient flow, sustained activity from Monday to Saturday - Schedule compatible with a balanced lifestyle - Assistance with housing and transportation Profile sought Ophthalmologist M/F registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre des Médecins in France, holding a French or European diploma with validated B2 language level.
