Description and duties Your main role will be medical ophthalmology consultation, with management of common pathologies and specialized follow-ups. Intravitreal injections are performed on site with nursing support. Surgery is not an obligation for direct practice, and access to cataract or refractive surgery is possible via partners. The rhythm is organized to optimize medical practice, with sustained activity and controlled patient flow. In-house training in Ophtix software is offered, and ongoing technical support is provided. Total control over the quotation of procedures. Compensation For salaried doctors, you'll be paid €650 gross/day, plus 12% to 15% variable depending on activity, representing a potential gross income of up to €1300/day. If you opt for self-employed collaboration, your remuneration will be discussed during the interview, with a personalized combination of direct remuneration and participation in charges.
