The Facility
You will join a healthcare facility with multiple locations throughout the department. The work primarily involves follow-up care and rehabilitation with a focus on neurology, geriatrics, and musculoskeletal conditions. In addition, the organization promotes a diverse range of activities and multidisciplinary coordination.
Compensation
- Compensation based on the CCN 51 pay scale
- Recognition of prior service and contractual bonuses
Responsibilities
- Conducting occupational therapy assessments for patients in the neurology, geriatrics, and musculoskeletal follow-up and rehabilitation (SMR) programs
- Implementing and monitoring individualized rehabilitation and support programs
- Conducting occupational therapy analyses of body postures and providing technical and environmental recommendations
- Implementing measures to prevent musculoskeletal disorders within the facility
- Collaborating with medical and allied health teams to coordinate patient care
