The structure
This is a home nursing service operating in the northern Yonne region, specializing in support for people suffering from Alzheimer's disease and neuro-evolutionary pathologies. The multidisciplinary team also includes a psychomotricist, gerontology care assistants and a nurse coordinator. Interventions take place in patients' homes, with a strong emphasis on maintaining autonomy, quality of life and support for caregivers.
Your salary
- From €2,602 gross/month, depending on experience
Duties
- Assess patients' functional and cognitive abilities
- Design and implement personalized therapeutic activities
- Suggest home adaptations and technical aids
- Support and advise caregivers
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and exchanges with care partners
- Collaborate with the ESA team (psychomotricist, ASG, nurse coordinator)
- Participate in group therapeutic activities such as the memory bistro and animal mediation
