The Facility
This home-based rehabilitation facility is located in Amilly, in the Loiret department, but also serves part of the surrounding area. Its team is collaborative and caring, consisting of at least two rehabilitation specialists (physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, speech-language pathologists, and dietitians) as well as nursing and nursing assistant staff for standard home hospitalization care. In addition, the service has a shared office for the team, small rehabilitation equipment, and organizes regular team meetings and multidisciplinary staff meetings.

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
- Ségur pay scale + annual profit-sharing and incentive bonuses
- Recognition of prior service up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and evaluations in patients’ homes
- Develop and monitor personalized occupational therapy programs
- Prescribe and adapt assistive devices and small equipment
- Participate in regular team meetings and multidisciplinary staff meetings
- Write reports and ensure the traceability of interventions
