As part of its business expansion, a medical-social organization specializing in vocational rehabilitation, located in Châtillon, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, is seeking an occupational therapist (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Organization
This is an off-site ESAT-type medical-social organization affiliated with a disability support platform based in the Hauts-de-Seine department. Each year, it supports approximately 60 individuals with cognitive or mental disabilities, with the goal of facilitating their long-term integration into the mainstream workforce. The position is unique: it lies at the intersection of occupational therapy, ergonomics, and vocational integration, with work primarily conducted in companies throughout the Île-de-France region. Furthermore, Châtillon is a vibrant town south of Paris, just a few minutes from the city and well-served by public transportation.

Compensation

• Starting at €31,500 gross per year, depending on your experience and seniority credit

Responsibilities

• Assessment of the physical, cognitive, and functional abilities of clients
• Analysis of workstations directly at the workplace
• Identification of barriers to employment integration or job retention
• Proposing workplace accommodations, whether related to equipment, organization, schedules, or the work environment
• Monitoring the individual during their placement at the company
• Communicating with the employer, manager, mentor, and various company representatives
• Raising team awareness of disability-related issues
• Conducting role-playing exercises and assessments related to professional autonomy
• Occasional facilitation of workshops on musculoskeletal disorders, medical conditions, or workplace accommodations
• Participation in team meetings and multidisciplinary work
