An ESAT in Châtillon, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, is seeking a new occupational therapist (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Organization
You will join a nonprofit organization recognized as being of public benefit under the French Law of 1901, specializing in providing social, professional, and health support to people with disabilities. It operates a departmental platform that supports individuals with cognitive or mental disabilities in their efforts to reenter the workforce. In addition, the multidisciplinary teams work closely with employers and local partners to facilitate access to or retention of employment.
Compensation
- Salary starting at €31,500 gross per year
- Monthly bonus of €180 gross
Responsibilities
- Assessing the physical, cognitive, and functional abilities of the individuals receiving support
- Analyzing workstations directly at the workplace
- Identifying barriers to employment or job retention
- Proposing workplace accommodations: equipment, organization, schedules, work environment
- Monitoring the individual during their placement at the company
- Communication with the employer, manager, mentor, and other company representatives
- Raising team awareness of disability-related issues
- Conducting role-playing exercises and assessments related to workplace independence
- Occasional facilitation of workshops on musculoskeletal disorders, medical conditions, or workplace accommodations
- Participating in team meetings and multidisciplinary work
