Job Nephrologist M/F - Nantes 44 We are recruiting a nephrologist M/F to join an associative structure of ESPIC type located in Nantes, within the framework of a full-time CDI contract Description and duties You will join a young and dynamic team of 5 nephrologists with complementary skills. The position offers a wide range of medical activities in a modern, multidisciplinary environment: - Care in a heavy center (24 shifts) and UDM (8 shifts) with two shifts a day (7.30am-7pm), covering all dialysis techniques (HD, HDF, HDX) as well as rheopheresis. - Follow-up of home dialysis patients (HD and DP), with an average of 25 patients. - Structured pre-supplementation pathway, in collaboration with a nurse coordinator and an IPA in training. - Full clinical nephrology activity: consultations (nephrology and transplants), day or conventional hospitalizations for check-ups, biopsies and follow-ups - Specialized advice for all departments of the adjoining private clinic. - Participation in clinical sessions, bibliography, and clinical research projects with a dedicated team Structure DNA This regional structure has 39 treatment sites, including 9 heavy centers, and provides care for more than 1,700 dialysis patients every year.
