Position description This position, to be filled on a CDIper full-time or part-time basis, will enable you to work in a privileged setting, within a structure committed to the polyvalent care of patientsadults. Your activity will focus on the comprehensive care of adults suffering from medical or surgical conditions, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your duties will include: - Coordinating and monitoring medical care in conjunction with care teams. - Accompanying patients throughout their hospitalization. - Participation in the facility's medical dynamics and development projects ADN of the structure You will provide medical follow-up and continuity of care to around twenty patients in an 80-bed full hospitalization facility. This facility is set in the heart of a 5-hectare wooded park, offering a pleasant working environment with panoramic views of the Pyrenees.
