Job General Practitioner M/F - Sainte-Adresse 76 We are recruiting a General Practitioner M/F to join a medical care and rehabilitation center located in Sainte-Adresse in Seine-Maritime. Structure DNA You will work in a facility dedicated to geriatric care and rehabilitation, located close to the coast and well served by public transport. The activity is geared towards a predominantly elderly population, with an average age of around 83. The facility has 87 inpatient beds and 15 multi-purpose day hospital beds, with a therapeutic patient education program specifically dedicated to Parkinson's patients. The organization favors multi-professional work and care coordination for stays averaging around 45 days. Admissions and discharges are organized in the mornings, and the residency commission meets once a week. Description and duties The position is exclusively for full hospitalization. You will be in charge of a sector of around 30 to 35 beds and will be responsible for the medical care of hospitalized patients, with the following main tasks: - Diagnostic and therapeutic management of chronic pathologies common in the elderly, such as infections, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular, neurological and respiratory pathologies. - Medical coordination with the paramedical team and private practitioners. - Participation in weekly stay committees and entry and exit medical check-ups. - Collaboration with the doctor in charge of the day hospital for short consultations and 1-2 day stays. - Management of telephone on-call duty according to the rotation in place, and on-site interventions only in emergencies. Please note that the facility is not equipped to care for patients requiring an attendant on oxygen therapy-type equipment.
